Our healing journey in life can be uncomfortable at times, but the uncomfortability is just the clashing of old & new frequencies while we breakthrough into new higher frequencies & a higher version of ourselves.
Soundbaths are a gentle yet powerful way of supporting the healing journey. Emily's choice of instruments & how they are played not only help you unwind & deeply relax, but also support you in the process of letting go of the old & embracing the new.
