Program setup guide for 6-15 year old but other  ages very welcome as we understand everyone’s learnings are very different.

So what’s included:
Accommodation – 2 nights private or shared accommodation at Ultimate Barossa Retreats with 1pm checkout Sunday – special rates offered to extend your stay Thursday & Sunday to fully
immerse in this very special experience.

• Twin shared accommodation (different room options available subject to availability - (1 queen bed or 2 single beds with additional fold down bed available for 3 share) with own private ensuites and shared lounge, kitchen and dining areas. Check in 2pm Friday


• Attendance to group wellness activities on site Friday afternoon, Saturday, morning and afternoon. Sunday morning is reflections and free time to play and have fun connecting. 

• Welcome drinks and lovely platter of local foods Friday afternoon

• Visit to the Farmers Market Saturday Morning - drive own vehicles

• Morning and afternoon tea on Saturday

• Tea, coffee, juice & water at the self-services station


• 1pm check out Sunday
