Your Beautiful Self Chakra Experience 

“Your Beautiful Self - elemental chakra expressions through the medium of watercolour.”

You will be gently guided on a journey of mindful connection and creative expression of all 7 chakras of your body.

Earth, air, fire and water will be used to harness the energies of your outer body chakras, channeling  them into the creative process. 

The final product will reflect your beautiful self, the divine love and light that connects us all and will be a deeply personal and beautiful piece of art work.

Alanna has been a teacher for over 16 years, working in a wide range of settings from remote communities, to inner city and suburbia as well as in both primary and high schools.

She is a mum / step mum to four beautiful boys aged 7-17. Helping others to thrive and reach their full potential as unique individuals drives her thirst for learning and knowledge.

She has a passion for reading and has a Master’s degree literacy. More recently she has developed a passion for art, specifically painting in water colour. She has also completed a range of professional learning including the Development of Social and Emotional Literacy through Yale University, Understanding and Transforming Trauma through the Australian Childhood Foundation and Teaching Mindfulness to Children through the Australian Mindfulness Institute.

Her interest in neuroscience and the psychology of emotions has manifested into a powerful spiritual journey which has led her to merging her love of art and helping others into a new direction as a Provisional Arts Therapist.
